Besides lack of air when flying real high can be compensated with a tank of oxygen. High pressure when diving... well, not without a barrier between you and the water and that kind of defeats the purpose of underwater breathing...
because of the high velocity of flying (if it's the way i'd fly) you would have to deal with low levels of oxygen anyway, not to mention the low atmospheric density, so you could hold your breath for a long time anyway!
