I can see why you would think so, but being a SPARTAN is one of the coolest things ever to me. Power armor, space travel, being literally the strongest weapon humanity has ever created... I love GOW, but becoming a COG is just not the same. Some are badass, but most just get mowed down. Even the name is demeaning, it's saying you're just another piece in the machine. Not a person, not a soldier, not an unstoppable force. Just a cog in the clock.

Halo can only ever win if the spartans actually did something besides wear armor that makes them look gay. There just isn't enough sex and emotion in that game. And the humor is dry and terrible. Kids will never understand Gears until they get to be in college. Gears is dark, deep, full of pain and violence. Halo is for 10 year old pussies who like to spawn kill and use hacks. It is fair because spartans have to go through rigorous training, as well as genetic enhancement. There is a high chance of them dying before they even reach the battlefield.

Spartans have to go through extensive genetic modification to be as awesome as they are, and then train to learn how to use their uber-bodies to the extent of their greatness. A lot of the time the genetic modification killed them, which is what That ShawnGuy is referring to.

Master Chief is retarded and I would never say halo was a good game unless their was a graphic sex scene. Halo really needs sex.
