Both would cause you to have speech problems, but I think teeth would be easier to manage.

Tongues are used to swallow and make over half of the letter sounds. Things can be blended so a toothless person can eat, even without dentures. You can still have whatever you want as long as it's made soft. Without your tongue you would never speak again.
