Actually Islam is more open. In Judaism it's mainly the belief that If you believe in judaism and are a good person, you achieve your right into heaven. In Islam, Anyone, no matter what religion is allowed into heaven if their good deeds outweigh their sins. Islam is also more friendly towards women. I am actually a muslim for a few reasons, such as this.

Actually James, Judaism is very friendly to women. The most Orthodox Jews do have some rules on how women should dress and so on, but isn't that the same in Islam? Only the most radical Jews and Muslims treat women differently. And our get-into-heaven policy is basically the same as in Islam. We do not discriminate other religions. I am in no ways criticizing your views, just correcting.

@Ben all religious texts are translated/interpreted differently. Learn the language of old Arabic, read the text and make your own decisions and interpretations of what you read. Always take the words of others with a grain of salt.

To get something clear here not all muslims are terrorists actually most of them are not. We are normal and just because we are muslim doesnt mean we are terrorists, yes there are some muslim terrorists but just becuase of them you dont have to be close minded and think that every other muslim is a terrorist. Oh and women do have rights just for you people who think women are treated horribly. İ come from turkey and here women have as much rights as men do, so no we dont discriminate women. Yes women are allowed to drive cars and do whatever they want. Not every single women who is a muslim is closed up just as an example half of the women in turkey are not closed in clothing wise. And even if they are that is there choice to show respect to god, just because you are a muslim doesnt mean you have to be closed. İm only 12 years old and i think i may have an more open mind then some people.
