You can't have surgery to remove them, nor can you deflate the football. It doesn't matter how they got there, they'd just be there one morning.

I hear kidney stones are as painful as child birth, and they're like 10x smaller than a marble.

There is a high chance that the football would deflate so it should make pooping it out a little easier. What if it's one of the bigger marble and not the smaller one, i wouldn't want to take that chance.
