Agreed Leon. it gets really annoying really quick. And they wonder why I don't believe in a all knowing but completely unprovable father figure that has one sin that's unforgivabl;e.... asking if it's real.... aka blaspheme

It's a hospital, so they's still medicate and do what they can to help you. Plus, we all know most doctors are Jewish, so, there's that.

Okay guys, I agree that a private or community owned hospital would be better, and I'm not a religitard but you don't have to be ignorant about it. Yeah, the way Kendall wrote it kinda had it coming for him, but respect beliefs and all that shit.

@anyone who does @kendall God doesn't just give shit for free. You have to earn it. Do you know what it would be like if God answered everybody's prayers? Complete and utter chaos. Haven't you ever seen Bruce Almighty? It's a fine example of that.

And Freq-Sho, God is provable. And you ARE allowed to question his existence. It's called "free will". Also, the unforgivable sin is mocking the holy spirit. If you do this, then you will surely go to hell. I pray for you.

I just saw about another 20 people complaining about leons comment n another question XD by praying you arent just gonna get free shit. You can only pray for health and hapiness basically. Even then it may not be instant in fact it usually isnt. There is something called patience... GET A CLUE

You do realize that's not how things work, right? They use conventional medical practices just the same as any other hospital. The only difference is that they are backed by a religious institution in place of a community-driven institution.

    • 14

Bob2ball has never been to a religous church, nor has heard of one. A religious church doesn't pray, moron, they just abide by the rules of their religions, such as no abortions, obligatory burial rites, etc. It''s a hospital with a priest in it, and usually they have cutting-edge technology as taxes dont apply 90% of the time because its a "religious institution"

    • 1

I don't really get this Q, going to a faith based hospital wouldn't keep you from actual medical care and I'm sure they wouldn't shove any religion down your throat, the other wouldn't be unprofessional just a private practice. This question is lame

honestly both can be amazing or aweful, however I had a horrible experience with bad people in a private hospital, people who believe in a power or cause, religious or not, tend to be better human beings and I would rather put my, or my wifes life in caring hands then profiting hands.

Well, in all fairness, a faith-based hospital still is more than willing to utilize modern medicine. They just also have religious offerings for those who want it.

  • 0

Ive been to a "baptist" hospital and they use all the same modern treatments and equipmentother hospitals do. It was also actually the nicest and cleanest one i have ever been to. And the staff were some of the warmest and friendliest medical professionals i have ever met. Nobody preached to me or even brought up religion. Most of these faith based hospitals are so to create a faith friendly environment where people can pray together if they so choose, without fear of being sued for offending someone. The one i went to even had a prayer room. i thought it was a nice thing to offer for those who choose to use it.

You people idiots.. Just because its faith based does not mean it doesn't use modern medical techniques. Some of the top hospitals in the entire United States are faith based, such as the Methodist Medical Center and St. Jude's.

  • 0

My best hospital experiences were in the Franciscan Care Group, which is a Catholic group of hospitals. Aside from the option to have religious services on Sundays for extended-care patients, you would never even guess that it had anything to do with faith.
