You may not get any sort of replacement hands, and the fat guy is always around; you can't hide or get rid of him.

Maybe you could convince the naked fat guy to carry all of your things around. As a plus, standing next to a naked fat guy all of the time makes you look pretty attractive in comparison. A naked fit guy would probably make the situation more of a toss up because he would have the ability to steal away all of the ladies, making him more of a burden.
