Well everyone who would rather eat a fly, good luck recovering from typhoid, cholera, dysentery, pyogenic cocci, viral hepatitis etc. If you ate a common worm you aren't really going to catch any diseases and if you do get anything, there is already some cures and drugs to help!

jeez.. where to start? worms eat dirt, taste like dirt and dirt has a lot of nutrients... flies walk in crap, pee, vomit... let me tell you how flies eat... flies first puke on their food, like old food and crap, then they wait for the stomach acids in the vomit to digest the food before going in then they use their mouths like a straw and suck up their vomit with their digested food... ill tell you how worms eat... they bite dirt and swallow it, then poop it out to make nice new dirt... need i say more?
