i think that the chicken since its a lighter meat would sit lighter in your stomach, you know how if your not that hungry you eat a salad and it doesnt make you feel sick as opposed to eating a steak that would make you feel sick. plus at mcdonalds, they sell like 50 chicken nuggets for about... ten dollars.
