Sex implies any stimulation of the genitalia. Never learning means your brain is frozen in it's current state forever. You may still form new memories, etc.

Damn, this one is split right down the middle, 50/50! I'd have to go with knowledge over sex. I couldn't bear to never learn again. No sex would suck, but at least there's masterbation...

There's a loophole in this one: "You may still form new memories, etc." That means you can recall past events and know the outcome of the situation. Therefore, you will have learned what results a certain choice in a certain situation elicits and you will have learned something new because you will know whether your past choice resulted in a desirable outcome or not. So I'm going with the never learn anything new choice.
