The force - innately learned. It's just like riding a bike. You can't really forget how to use it.
Wizardry - so difficult to use that you have to go to school for it. If you forget the words or the movements at a critical moment, too bad, so sad, you're probably either dead or in jail. Plus lightsabers are awesome.
