I'm not ready to have a kid. And being adopted does not mean that I have to go live with them, or even give up my own family. I'm in college for chrissakes. It wouldn't change my life much at all. But a kid.... that would be bad.
I'd love to adopt in the future, but not now. I do not have the finances necessary to properly take care of a child. I'd want to make sure that they have the things they need to grow properly, something my parents did not do for me.
Though honestly, I don't see what would be wrong with being adopted, as long as my family loved me.

By adopted, does it mean that you were adopted as a baby, or that you will be adopted by someone right now.
