They are both bad, but I would go with the elderly person, as at least they would be a grown person old enough to know what they were doing if they chose to start a fight. I would only beat them up if they were physically capable and were hurting me, if it was in self-defense and I had no other choice but to fight back. I couldn't beat the shit out of a little kid. A spanking is one thing but beating the shit out of them?What is a little 7 year old, small, with pretty much no life experience, not anywhere near being fully mentally or physically developed going to do that would warrant an adult beating the shit out of them?
