punching a shark in the nose can make it go away, punching an alligator in the nose is just gonna make it angry.
deathpwnie
Actually it's better to punch a shark in the gills because the nose is a hair to close to the mouth and you're liable to miss.
MSegal
If you swim underwater alligators think you are attacking them, they only attack humans who have their head above the water.
Morgan
what you said makes no sense

So MSegal... You can't swim underwater and you can't swim with your head above water? That's gonna be a tough swim :D.

Reef sharks are almost totally harmless, It'd be way safer to swim with them.
Nicole
Sharks are practically harmless. There's no such thing as a man-eating shark. On average, 5 people are killed by sharks a year, usually because they're mistaken for other animals, and people kill around 100 million sharks in a year. Soo who are the real monsters?
Gringomiester
if you swim with alligators you're gonna be swimming in murky/dark water. at least with sharks you'll be in clear water for the most part.
msettembre
Sharks don't want to eat you, but alligators certainly do.
Rob Karmic
