With spoken languages you have dead languages that wouldn't be useful. With programming, at least I could do something useful.

Personally I'd go with programming. I see at lot of potential in the mastery of every programming language, it would be an incredible résumé booster. You could virtually work for any company you wanted. Where as knowing every spoken language you are somewhat limited on what you can do,..unless you like traveling or just want to impress people.
