I feel like the combined risk of dying or getting arrested versus just dying makes the sleepy option more attractive. Also, just get a box o' joe from Dunkin' Donuts and go wild.
Andrew Schwartz
It would be way more fun.
Brian
I actually think this option is safer in my case.

Wish I had read you opinion before I voted, Patrick. You made me change my mind
Zack
Drunk it only gets better as you get closer - tired it gets much worse
Kerrtard
The legal limit is .08 making .081 very easy to drive.
Scott
It clearly staes "Well over the legal drunken limit" not .001 over

I think it really depends on the person here... for me, after not getting simply one nights worth of sleep, I can hardly keep my eyelids open or pay attention to anything. I also have a wonderful ability to completely tune noise out (not purposefully however, so I would probably not hear oncoming traffic) developed after nights of endless homework w/ out sleep. Now drunk? People would probably see my swerving and such, therefore avoiding my vehicle. I would go to jail for a night or so. Take that over death any day.

I could keep going after 72 hours. I know it's not healthy but it's better than being drunk.

take a shit ton of espresso shots

Hmm, dying or getting arrested vs dying or living... hard choice
jengel
is there a difference?
Fergus
You're five times more likely to be in a car accident when you're tired than drunk.
