Suffocation is way more painful and takes longer. I mean it might hurt for a second or two while falling but you'd be unconscious by the time you hit the ground.

Suffocation would be very uncomfortable, until you pass out, which would take a few minutes. Falling from a building, you'd fall for a couple seconds and go splat.

haha if i were to do this for any reason i would imagine myself standing on the ledge of a tall building and just when im about to just i would say "you will never find the vault". then i'd do a back flip off it :)
