That might seem like a lot of people, but considering that Antarctica covers 14 million km2, there would only be one for every 87km2, so, on average, you would have to run 30 km =~ 19 miles to get someone a jacket. This takes about 2 hours for a really good runner on normal, flat ground. Considering that the mean temperature in the interior of Antarctica is -57C (-71F), the waiting time would not be pleasant. That is, unless you are lucky enough to be right on the coast, where average temperature lies around a blazing -15C (5F).

Jacob, that is entirely theoretical, but in all probability that's not going to happen. Lets say for instance that everyone who chose to wear the bikini just randomly spawned in the Antarctic, the chances of appearing next to, a), a hut or something where people live, or, b)next to someone with a jacket is quite, and c), someone else is very, very likely. And besides, you can't have a jacket, no extra clothes available :L

Wool is actually surprisingly effective at keeping heat out. Due to it's structure, air is contained withing the wool of your bodysuit and would effectively serve as a barrier between yourself and the heat outside. Aka, you wont get nearly as warm as you'd think.
