Both "beds" are closed when you use them. The tanning bed, of course, would be turned on while you sleep. To sleep in the suitcase, you had to contort your body since it would be too small. The suitcase would be on the ground.

Seems like a no brainer to me. Sleeping every day in a tanning bad will probably fry you alive or give you 3rd degree burns and/or skin cancer. Sleeping in a suitcase will probably make your joints ache but nothing life threatening.
