Without sadness, you pretty much can't experience happiness. Without anger/stress, you can't experience being very relaxed, or having no feelings of tense-ness. I would go with no anger and no feelings of great relaxation. I have had a lot of sadness in my life, and I think its shaped me as a person. Having a lot of anger, or being angry very often, simply makes you someone bitter and upset often. If you can't experience sadness, this seems like you couldn't experience guilt. Therefore you would never regret your anger, which would mean you would probably get very angry at people very often. People wouldn't like being around you.
absentbird, actually anger is part of what makes us human too, but I agree with the answer. In my opinion, I just think it would be less damaging not to feel anger than to never feel sadness. You'd be so numb to things that should make you sad, and I hate apathy.

What good does anger do anyone? Sadness is what makes us human.

It would be easier for people to take advantage of you if you were never truly upset about anything.

If there was no anger, you wouldn't say things on a whim, and you wouldn't make people feel bad, and they wouldn't be sad.

I pretty much can't experience anger anyway. Well, I can't show it. I just feel awkward.
