I'd say werewolf. I always like the thought of being able to transform into an animal as though I was a Druid in WorldofWarcraft.

Seeing as I already deal with a monthly affliction, I'd rather be a vampire.
The constant need to feed on human blood seems like a lot of work. I'd rather have an affliction I'd only have to deal with on a monthly basis.
Eternal life? Control over my transformation (full moon syndrome)? Yes please.
